The Blog

Do you know that feeling of entering the sea and feeling the water incredibly cold? It is not quite common but it can happen. Summer can be atrocious in some parts of the world, and going to the beach is not always synonymous with cooling off. We present you some of the hottest beaches in the world, those with waters that always have a very warm temperature.

People over places like these should be wishing a fresh slushy or a daiquiri that can easily be prepared with one of our machines!

Annaba beach, Algeria
When we think of the Mediterranean, Spain, Italy or Greece immediately come to mind, but to the southern part of this sea we also find a number of African countries where the waters are impressively warm. Algeria is one of them. It is one of the countries in the world with a higher average temperature throughout the year. The beach that we discovered is that of Annaba, in the eastern part of the country, almost touching Tunisia, since it is considered today one of the hottest beaches in the world.

Zanzibar beaches, Tanzania
Experts point out that the highest average temperatures on the planet are in the countries that are located near or above the equator, the imaginary line that divides our planet into two equal parts. Tanzania is one of these countries, and specifically the insular part of Zanzibar. The waters of this part of Tanzania are amazing, of a fantastic crystalline colour, and are also considered one of the hottest beaches in the world.

Watamu beaches, Kenya
Kenya is another country that meets the characteristics of Tanzania, and in fact they are neighbouring states. Although many people visit Kenya looking for exotic animals, safaris and landscapes taken from the Lion King, in the southeast part has a good stretch of coastline that is also among the warmest on the planet. A good place to check is Watamu, near another tourist place like Malindi. As you can see, not only the Caribbean can boast of fairy tale beaches, since Africa has a lot to offer.

Holbox beaches, Mexico
The Mexican Caribbean is one of the most visited tourist destinations in the world, especially the area of the Riviera Maya that includes Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Cozumel or Isla Mujeres. A place that is not as popular is the small island of Holbox, an authentic paradise on Earth for its pristine white sand beaches. It is a good alternative if you want to escape from the agglomerations typical of the other destinations listed, and has some of the hottest beaches in the world, which make your stay even more enjoyable. Temperatures between 30 and 40 degrees are constant throughout the year.

Bay beach, Murcia
We are not aware of this, but Spain can boast of some of the hottest beaches in the world, since the Mediterranean is a sea with very particular characteristics. It is difficult to choose one of the many places there are, but the Bay of Murcia beach is considered one of the warmest, because of its unique situation in a bay that slows down the arrival of cold Atlantic currents. In fact, worth the redundancy, belongs to the well-known Costa Calida (which means “Warm Coast”), a common tourist destination in these lands.

Hurghada beach, Egypt
Although trips to Egypt are no longer an attractive option for most people, if you still want to venture into these lands it is always advisable to spend a few days in one of its tourist towns along the coast. The most popular are Sharm el-Sheikh and Hurghada, both also considered two of the best spots on the planet to snorkel, with gigantic coral reefs. These waters, belonging to the Red Sea, bathe at some of the hottest beaches in the world.

Cayo Levantado, Dominican Republic
Dominican Republic is one of the flagships of the Caribbean, with a lot of tradition thanks to its fantastic climate and its beautiful beaches. The warmth of its waters is a constant throughout the coast, and a good place to check it is Cayo Levantado. Wrapped in dense vegetation, especially palm groves, the white sands of Cayo Levantado are bathed by warm sea waters, and it is a place that we invite you to discover.

Saly beach, Senegal
Senegal is known for being one of the hottest countries in the world, with an average temperature that always hovers between 25 and 30 degrees even in the coldest months of the year. The heat in Senegal is a constant, and to try to “cool off” in the African country you have the option of getting close to beaches like Saly, which is south of Dakar. It is a very touristy and perfect area to alternate with your routes through the Senegalese desert.

Kovalam beach, India
During some times of the year, India becomes one of the hottest countries in the world. Although its beaches are not the most visited in the country, it is clear that if you include them in your route you will discover some other magical place. Kovalam is a good place to spend your vacations.
